Madison scholar

Madison started her first venture in the firearms industry as a firearms instructor for her company, The Red Letter Project, where she specialized in helping beginner shooters, particularly women. She is an avid competitive shooter, and has helped guide many of her students to shoot their first match. As students progress, she then connects them with advanced trainers to continue their competitive journey.
She founded MTS after creating a prototype of the system to meet her own training needs. Later realizing that others in competitive shooting sports would also benefit, she connected with Zach to develop a full product line to bring to market.

Zach began his career in the industrial engineering sector, specifically focusing on renewable technologies and product development.
Simultaneously, over the years he developed a passion for shooting while navigating the unique challenges of FSH muscular dystrophy, which led him to becoming wheelchair bound in recent years.
Zach partnered with Madison to transform her prototype into a fully engineered ecosystem. His close attention to detail and close involvement in development and manufacturing protect the integrity of every product released under the MTS name.
Madison and Zach have partnered in various business ventures since 2022. They created MTS with genuine desire to contribute something useful to the competitive shooting community that they love.
With that, every project they’ve worked on together has had some aspect of Christian ministry, and MTS is no different.
